Follow the Coach as he runs…… 12 Marathons in 12 months in 2012

During 2012 I will run a Marathon each month. Each run route will be posted on this page and on Facebook and Twitter along with a start time and approximate way points and times.  I invite you to join me at any stage of the route and run with me for as long or little as you like.
